As a consultant on the Accounting Data Migration team, you will work closely with our clients and our data processing team to provide a seamless accounting data migration experience.  You will expertly review data from a client’s previous property management software to ensure Entrata’s data processing team can import it successfully into Entrata. Your focused involvement will ensure Accounting data accuracy and client success.

As a consultant on the Accounting Data Migration team, you will work closely with our clients and our data processing team to provide a seamless accounting data migration experience.  You will expertly review data from a client’s previous property management software to ensure Entrata’s data processing team can import it successfully into Entrata. Your focused involvement will ensure Accounting data accuracy and client success. 

Responsibilities will include

  • Assist customers in setting up and configuring Entrata’s accounting product according to best practices
  • Compile, configure, and import customer’s foundational accounting data into the Entrata Platform 
  • Extensive review of client financial reports to ensure data will be transferred successfully
  • Consult with client accounting staff and recommend any necessary data adjustments before migration
  • Advise client on best practices and system functionality as it relates to the migration process
  • Guide the stakeholders to ensure the migration timelines are met
  • Work closely with the data processing team to answer any questions that arise during data migration
  • Ensure accurate data intake, and review deliverables post-migration to ensure successful data transfer
  • Consult with the client on any data variances post-migration
  • Report on migration status and provide necessary updates to stakeholders
  • Continually improve the experiences for the communities we power

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent Entrata or Saas/ Accounting migration experience
  • Experience with data analysis (Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Practical accounting experience preferred
