We are looking for an Affiliate Support Specialist to help us ensure the best affiliate experience and bring operational excellence to new heights! 🌟

What you will do:

Troubleshoot technical issues affiliates may face with tracking links, reports, and platform access.

Assist affiliates with payment-related inquiries.

Ensure Billing invoices are generated and provided to the finance department on time.

Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, understanding their needs, business models, and goals.

Act as a point of contact for any queries or escalations, ensuring a proactive approach to affiliate success.

What we expect:

Minimum 1 year of experience working in the field of customer support or sales.

Availability to work during set hours during probation, later - flexible hours.

Great English language and communication skills.

Interest in digital marketing (understanding how affiliate marketing works).

Having a positive and professional attitude toward relationship management.

Great time management and planning skills.

Continuous learning and adaptability.

Contract and working schedule will be discussed during the interview.
