Responsibilities
[KOL Management]Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and any necessary paperwork to ensure smooth integration of new affiliatesMaintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build strong relationshipsAnalyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their effectivenessDevelop and implement promotional campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROIBuild reports using internal data to track and optimize the overall performance of the affiliate channelContinuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market
[Community Management]Actively engage with the South Asian community across various platforms (Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc.) to foster an interactive environment and assist community members with their inquiries Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, such as meetups, events, workshops, webinars, and AMA sessionsGather and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams, helping to shape product development and marketing strategiesTrack and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment, using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvementWork closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deploy cross-functional community initiatives
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto spaceStrong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.A business development background is a plusStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencersFluent in Urdu & English, other languages are a big plus
