Job Description
- Responsible for network expansion of Bosch car service and BS 2wh in assigned territory
- Responsible for Bosch Parts consumption at workshop level
- Responsible for deployment and adoption of digital eco system at workshop level eg. WSMS(DMS),MY BCS, My Store etc.
- Deployment of Service Development Policy and drive Key initiatives
- Workshop Quality standard to be maintained with help of SQA &SQT Audit assessment
- Initiate and Implement Campaign to increase customer footfall and Bosch parts consumption
- Consult workshop franchisee partners on improvising on key business KPIs and workshop processes
Qualifications
B.E /B.Tech from reputed institute
MBA in sales and marketing (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile industry
Experience in dealer development, passenger car service business is desirable
