Responsibilities:

  • Drafting & Design
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for architectural and/or engineering projects.
  • Produce construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schematics.
  • Interpret sketches, markups, specifications, and design notes into precise technical drawings.
  • Ensure drawings comply with company standards, codes, and industry best practices.
  • Project Support
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to support project deliverables.
  • Revise drawings based on redlines and project changes.
  • Assist with design development, permit sets, and as-built documentation.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and version control.
  • Documentation & Coordination
  • Prepare drawing packages for client review, permitting, and construction.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Verify dimensions, materials, and specifications.
  • Help maintain drafting standards, templates, and CAD libraries.
