Operations (80%)

Manage requests pipeline (e.g. network upgrade, hardfork) from listed tokens – E.g. understand requirements, respond enquiries

Manage requests pipeline from internal teams (e.g. delist trading pairs)

Support implementation of successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management, coordinate due diligence, negotiation)

Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests

Support ad-hoc risk management initiatives

Drive new initiatives and able to deliver quality results on time

Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary

Account Management (20%)

Understand Binance marketing campaigns and products/services

Understand needs of listed tokens to support their growth and success

Support account managers on various ad-hoc tasks (e.g. research information or due diligence of requests)

Ability to work at least 6 months
