We're looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our Total Rewards team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. A remote role, reporting to the EMEA Benefits Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Vendor Management, tracking and implementing renewals, escalations, and quarterly reviews
- Tracking and maintaining metrics and dashboards related to the utilisation of benefits programmes
- Project manage of benefits projects including: time off and leave of absences, country expansions and mergers & acquisitions
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 4+ years of experience in HR with Benefits experience
- Experience using Benefits software systems
- Benefits Vendor management experience

- Experience with Leave Policy projects
- Experience working within a global technology company
- Ability in making decisions and researching autonomously
