Responsibilities
**Account Servicing**Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.**Lead Identification and Pitching**Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.**Commercial Negotiations and Project Management**Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.**Relationship Management**Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.**Internal Collaboration:**Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.**Process Improvement** Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.
Requirements
**Educational Background**Polytechnic or university Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is compulsory **Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge** A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential.**Flexible and remote working**Ability to work flexible hours that facilitate collaboration with a global team.
