About Eye Security

Eye Security provides cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance solutions for organizations in Europe. Our team brings together talent from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds, all united by a shared mission: to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business, not just the big players.

Founded in The Hague in 2020, Eye Security combines managed detection and response, a 24/7 human-led SOC, rapid incident response and in-house cyber insurance on a single platform. The company serves organisations across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and is scaling its platform and go-to-market across Europe.

Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners and TIN Capital, most recently raised a €60m Series C led by Sofina.

The Opportunity

As Eye Security grows, the Chief of Staff will support the leadership team in aligning priorities and translating strategy into coordinated action across the business. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the C-team, VPs and other senior leaders.

You will help turn company strategy into clear, coordinated execution. This includes bringing structure to leadership communication, planning, OKRs, performance reviews and cross-functional work, as well as coordinating complex strategic projects and ad hoc initiatives.

The Role

  • Connect strategy to execution. Build a detailed understanding of the company strategy, communicate its priorities clearly and work with VPs to translate them into plans for their teams.

  • Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives. Bring structure to complex, cross-functional work, clarify owners and next steps and keep delivery on track through to completion.

  • Strengthen the operating rhythm. Coordinate weekly and quarterly leadership routines, C-team and board meetings and follow up on decisions and actions. Build on processes that work well and improve those that need more structure.

  • Support effective OKRs. Work with the CEO and VPs to clarify objectives, owners, milestones, progress reviews and feedback loops. Make it easy to see what is on track and where action is needed.

  • Prepare performance reviews. Develop clear KPI reports and quarterly review materials that help leaders understand progress, gaps and next steps.

  • Surface issues and decisions. Identify roadblocks, delayed decisions and commitments at risk. Assess their impact, bring the right people together, and help find a practical way forward.

  • Keep leaders and stakeholders aligned. Build trusted working relationships across the business, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and maintain accountability while supporting collaboration.

Profile

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional work against clear milestones and timelines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You build trust and secure buy-in from senior leadership.

  • Ability to work credibly with a C-team and VP group while remaining approachable and adaptable.

  • Experience coordinating leadership processes, such as strategic planning, OKRs or performance reviews.

  • Confidence working with KPIs and business data, turning information into clear updates and actions.

  • A practical, structured approach. You follow through, keep stakeholders aligned and adapt plans when circumstances change.

  • A proactive, collaborative, delivery-focused mindset, with resilience and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English. Working proficiency in German or Dutch is an advantage.

Location

Berlin is our preferred location, though The Hague is also possible. You should be regularly present in the office and open to travelling between the two locations.
