Our client, a leading digital solutions provider, is seeking a polished and experienced Client Project Manager to oversee and manage client projects with a strong emphasis on client relationships and satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone with significant project management experience, particularly in technical-focused projects, and who excels in client-facing roles with exceptional interaction skills, and a professional demeanor.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
Facilitate kickoff meetings, regular check-ins, and fact-finding sessions to understand and align with client expectations.
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Project Management:
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of all project components.
Manage technical projects such as running Shopify and WordPress sites. Expertise in these platforms is highly preferred, and knowledge of both is a significant bonus.
Ensure that project milestones are met while maintaining a high level of client engagement and satisfaction.
Account Management:
Manage client relationships, track billable hours, and ensure transparency and alignment with client goals and expectations.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Technical Exposure:
Act as a key player under the Engineering team, bridging technical knowledge with project management.
Run and manage projects involving Shopify and WordPress platforms. A deep understanding of either, or both, is highly advantageous.
Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs and client demands.
Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Professional Communication:
Utilize exceptional communication skills to deliver updates, presentations, and reports to clients and internal teams.
Ensure that all client-facing communication is polished, professional, and aligned with the company’s standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
4-5 years of proven experience in project management and client services, with a focus on client-facing roles.
Agency experience preferred.
High level of emotional intelligence, polished communication skills, and experience in managing client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including facilitating meetings, tracking billable hours, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and/or WordPress is a must, with a preference for deep expertise in both platforms.
Comfortable working in fast-moving and dynamic environments, handling multiple projects with ease.
