- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with Underdog Fantasy’s goals and objectives.
- Draft internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, serving as the primary point of contact for press inquiries and media relations.
- Coordinate public relations efforts, including press releases, media kits, and event planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company products and initiatives through various channels.
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Communications and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years of experience in a communications role
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Established contacts within the media industry and experience managing media relations.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
- Proficiency in digital and social media platforms, as well as familiarity with communication tools and software.
