The role of Content Specialist International Content assists the Head of Content Operations and Compliance to manage all operational elements of Cision’s global content purchasing and content selling processes.

The role will:

•Communicate to external content vendors based on Cision’s clients’ needs

•Work closely with Onboarding and Customer Support teams across regions on making the content requested by clients available in a compliant way

•Set up client and content order information within Cision’s internal systems for content ingestion

Duties and responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

Support the Content Operations & Compliance team to implement efficient processes of purchasing and selling content from/to other MMOs

Answer questions from account management, onboarding and customer support teams across regions on availability and pricing of international content

Support and advise internally on best practices of keyword setup

Request quotes and set up, modify and cancel content orders with external content vendors

Maintain and modify Cision’s internal systems to ensure proper content ingestion

Work with product teams and relevant stakeholders to solve technical issues
