Position: Contract Digital Marketing Manager

Overview: RudderStack is seeking a top-notch Demand Generation Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for a highly analytical and data-driven marketer with significant experience in paid search and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, with a focus on Google and Bing, which constitute 90% of our marketing budget.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Utilize LinkedIn and 6sense to enhance demand generation efforts and complement paid search activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and pull data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to improve lead generation and overall campaign performance (bonus).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and 6sense platforms for demand generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics.
- 5+ years of growth/digital marketing experience.
- Ability to start by August 1st.
- Bonus points for experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
