About the Role
Abnormal Security is looking for a creative and skilled Corporate Media Producer to join a new dynamic media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, from concept development through to post-production and delivery. This role requires someone who is passionate about storytelling, highly organized, eager to collaborate, and capable of managing multiple, cross-functional projects in a rapidly-growing startup environment.
What you will do
- Own the entire video production process for a variety of video content, including but not limited to external marketing content, internal employee enrichment, corporate testimonials, and more.
- Coordinate pre-production tasks such as scripting, storyboarding, cataloging footage and scheduling.
- Direct on-set production, ensuring that all elements align with the project vision.
- Oversee post-production activities, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Consistently collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the country with other departments to ensure video meets quality standards and serves customer needs.
- Manage any video production budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production technology and techniques.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in video production or a similar role.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the production and post-production processes including lighting, sound, editing
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Be an eager learner and willing collaborator.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with motion graphics and design software like Adobe After Effects.
- Creative storytelling abilities.
- Experience directing on-camera talent.
- Familiarity with 4K and 360-degree video production.
- Experience with live streaming technology and production.
