Our client is a leading provider of professional janitorial services, dedicated to maintaining clean and healthy environments for businesses of all sizes. They are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role involves cold calling potential business clients, prospecting for new leads, and setting up recurring services.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 8 AM - 4 PM CST
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to businesses to gauge interest in janitorial services and set appointments.
Appointment Setting: Schedule janitorial service appointments with customers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
Customer Handover: Escalate customers needing more detailed information to the appropriate manager or department.
Follow-Up: Provide follow-up support to confirm appointments and ensure customer needs are met.
Communication: Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Prospecting (Nice to Have): Identify and generate new leads through various prospecting methods.
What Success Looks Like:
Appointment Setting: Successfully set a high number of janitorial service appointments.
Customer Handover: Efficiently handover customers needing more detailed information to the appropriate manager or department.
Professional Communication: Demonstrate professional and articulate communication skills in all client interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and well-spoken demeanor.
Previous experience in customer service is required.
Sales experience is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Familiarity with the janitorial or service industry is a plus.
Experience working with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
