Join us! GoFundMe is looking for a dedicated young professional Data & Analytics Specialist to join our Emerging Talent Fellowship Program & Data and Decision Science team to help elevate our analytics at GoFundMe. This role will support the Decision Science roadmap through the cultivation, curation, and visualization of timely and relevant data for our team and other stakeholders at GoFundMe.
You’re an ideal candidate if you love all things data and want to accelerate your career in data and analytics at a fast-growing organization. You have demonstrated experience working with data, are highly collaborative, and are passionate about evangelizing and showing what is possible with data.
This program runs from May 2027 - August 2027 and is based in Buenos Aires, with fellows (young professionals) expected onsite three days per week.
The Job
- Provide data-driven analyses using SQL and/or Looker to inform our roadmap and deliver insights to our stakeholders
- Inventory BI environment and work with stakeholders to gather usage requirements and develop documentation
- Clean and organize data from various sources into our Snowflake Warehouse
- Develop high-level dashboards in Looker to support data-driven strategy and insights
- Collaborate with the Decision Science team to drive ad hoc requests and define metrics for dashboard development
- Identify hypotheses, participate in experiment design; make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results
You
- Highly data-driven and excited to grow your career in Data Analytics
- Currently pursuing a degree related to Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or Operations Research
- Have an understanding of data visualization and BI tools (i.e. Looker or Tableau)
- Familiarity with SQL and cleaning/processing data
- Passion for organization and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and trust with all partners at GoFundMe both technical and non-technical
Preferred (OPTIONAL)
- Demonstrated experience with data science using Python

The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $X - $X, [Include for sales roles only: which may include potential sales incentive payments. In addition to this wage, there are geolocation differentials that will increase pay depending on the work location.
