Job Description
- Ensuring maintenance tasks inside the Application Landscape (D365, Lasernet, Logomate, Interfaces, etc.);
- Coordinating incidents, changes, maintenance tasks between international delivery teams;
- Coordinating and executing feature or quality updates / upgrades from the technical point of view;
- Pro-active actions to improve system stability and performance
- Incident & defect management & resolution;
- Coordination or problem solving between involved Partners, Microsoft and internal teams;
- Monitoring and optimizing the application performance and stability;
Qualifications
- Experience working as a DevOps Engineer;
- Demonstrated experience with Azure Cloud;
- Experience using Azure Services, Azure DevOps;
- Experience in setting up and maintaining MS SQL databases ;
- Experience with Elastic Search, Kibana is highly preferred;
- Very nice to have experience PowerShell and Visual Studio;
- Knowledge in operating / maintaining Web- / File based interfaces;
- Experience with D365FO ERP platform or alternative (MS Dynamics AX/ Business Central) is a strong plus; Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to configure the system based on the needs of the organization;
- Experienced in traditional and agile development methodologies;
- Good written and verbal English skills are mandatory, German knowledge appreciated but not a must;
- Technical academic background (Bachelor/Master) required, e.g. in Informatics, Computer Science or Engineering;
