Role brief

Our client lives to curate products that turn your everyday routines into joyful rituals. They are a fast-growing portfolio of brands in the home category looking for a Digital Project Manager to focus on the digital platform of their largest e-commerce brand and manage the relationships with their third-party development team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager or Product Manager, is very analytical, and with enough technical knowledge to manage developers for their 3 domains. Understanding of A/B testing is strongly preferred.

This is a fully remote position reporting to the Brand General Manager, with a dotted-line report to the Director of CRO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap of their third-party development team and manage tasks associated with new website features, fixes, data tracking, experiments, and new launches.

  • Work closely with design, copywriting, QA, and other cross-functional teams and vendors to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage delivery for certain e-commerce initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Director of eCommerce, the Director of CRO, and the brand’s General Manager to align on priorities.

  • Collaborate with the CRO team on tasks related to server-side experimentation. A large focus of their current development work is associated with experiments with backend functionality, and most website and product changes are tested.

  • Demonstrate a high-level understanding of technical implications. Identify and assess risks related to potential solutions and current implementations. Communicate these risks effectively and provide recommendations or suggest mitigations as needed.

  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager or Product Manager.

  • Knowledge of technical concepts relevant to managing development projects

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify

  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for technology and a desire to innovate and drive change.

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and drive with urgency

  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies is a plus.

  • Availability to work EST hours is required
