What we’re looking for

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Director of Product to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the PLG model and have a proven track record in driving user acquisition, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention through product optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data-driven insights to inform growth strategies and work cross-functionally to implement them.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Take ownership and accountability for business metrics driven by funnel improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics and user insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Implement analytical best practices to guide product decisions and drive business acceleration.
  • Oversee our in-house experiments platform and promote a culture of experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years focused on Growth initiatives.
  • Proven leadership in building and managing world-class teams.
  • Strong expertise in overseeing the acquisition, conversion, monetization, and retention funnel within a PLG or B2C business.
  • Knowledge of subscription-based software.
  • Proven success in driving measurable business outcomes through customer-driven and financial metrics.
  • Experience developing personalization strategies to optimize user flows for targeted use cases or customer profiles.
  • International business perspective to drive a global strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, cohort analysis, segmentation, and statistical analysis.
  • Commitment to cross-functional teamwork, with a track record of hiring and retaining top talent.

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $204,000 / year - $339,960 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.

Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
