About the Role: 

As the ELM Enablement Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for our ELM portfolio of products and services. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving the evolution of Altium ELM products and achieving sales targets.

A Day in The Life of Our ELM Enablement Manager: 

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee sales management of the ELM Portfolio, including monitoring sales pipeline health, identifying growth opportunities,  overseeing sales enablement and tracking performance metrics.
    ELM Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ELM objectives and revenue targets.
    • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate the Enterprise Sales Team to meet and exceed ELM sales goals. Provide ELM deal planning & strategy, coaching, training, and support to enhance team performance.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Work with the Enterprise Sales Team to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Participate in customer & opportunity planning and clients meetings.  Identify client needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services in the ELM Portfolio.  
    • ELM Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve ELM sales collateral and selling approach to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standards to drive ELM sales productivity.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Enterprise Marketing, Product & Engineering, Pre-Sales and Deployment to align ELM sales efforts with overall business objectives.

What You’ll Need For This Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Experience in sales management, including sales pipeline management and revenue forecasting
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and company initiatives

The salary range for this role is $165,000-$175,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
