What You Will Do:
Stability & Reliability: Be responsible for the stability and reliability of the product.Best Practices: Ensure all the best delivery practices are implemented in your team’s solutions.Collaboration: Gather relevant inputs from other product teams and stakeholders.Technical Leadership: Lead the team in identifying and resolving technical challenges and roadblocks.Architect & Develop: Take responsibility for the architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of the solutions created by you and your team.Team Environment: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.
What We Expect:
Experience: At least 4 years as a developer and 2 years in a leadership role.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Python, ML/AI, database querying, and system architecture.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and a focus on results.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Docker, Linux, and GitHub.Previous experience with Google Cloud services (such as K8S, memorystore, etc.) and OpenAI.
