Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Field Support Technician to join our team. This role supports the go-live process for new EV charging sites — including new vehicle inspections, site readiness checks, and documentation — to ensure smooth, on-schedule launches at Highland customer locations. The Field Support Technician will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on chargers and associated equipment, building strong technical skills in EV chargers and vehicles alongside project coordination and customer service abilities, all while gaining hands-on experience and adhering to safety protocols.
This role requires regular travel to customer locations throughout the United States. While this is a remote position, candidates must reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport to support frequent travel.
