What you’ll do

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization within the finance function

Develop and implement efficient and scalable finance processes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions

Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives

Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving alignment across teams

Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while mitigating risks

Act as a subject matter expert on finance processes, providing guidance, documentation and support to internal teams as needed

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the finance function

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with finance objectives

What you’ll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of financial processes and demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing improvements

Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion

Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions, including Tech, Revenue Ops, and Data teams

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work activities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
