What you’ll do
Own the entire Finance Operation functionOversee the bill pay and neo-bank credit card platforms to ensure our vendors get paidStreamline the end-to-end OTC process, executing Superside’s subscription based revenue model and helping enhance working capitalManage variable compensation models and embrace the challenge of paying 700+ distributed staff across 57 countriesManage Supersides surplus cash across the US parent company and its subsidiaries, optimizing yield and minimizing risk according to investment policyLead and mentor a happy and successful team, helping them achieve their career aspirationsContribute to the Finance tech & automation roadmapCollaborate with other teams and departments across a variety of projects
What you’ll need to succeed
Professional accounting/finance qualification with 4 to 5 years of experience post qualificationExperience managing a finance operations function, ideally in a tech/online environmentExperience managing a team, including direct team report, performance evaluations and career developmentExperience in overseeing areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, invoicingExcellent verbal and written English communication skills to present ideas and discuss solutionsA proactive and self-directed attitudeA trusting, resourceful, ego-free, and kind team player personality
