Description

Lead financial closing for the 3 BUs (eg Fiat, Mining and Earn)

Lead data automation projects and accounting for new products and initiatives

Reporting on business performance, market strategies and risks/opportunities

Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders

Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across BUs and Finance team to find solutions to challenges

Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements

This is an individual contributor role but will have the opportunity to grow / expand scope including rotation in various finance teams

Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration are preferred major fields

Analytical problem solver with extensive experience building complex financial and/or operating models

Meticulous and operationally discipline to meet tight deadlines on projects and accuracy in monthly reporting

Ability to develop succinct narratives outlining the key-points of a deliverable next steps and action items

Demonstrated abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders

Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively work with functions across the company, including board members

Fluency in English
