As our FP&A Lead, you will embrace a dynamic business landscape while collaborating across departments to drive strategic financial insights and make a tangible impact on our financial journey. What will you be doing?
Monitoring and controlling budget and forecast, profitability, and allocation by area.Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.Analyzing profitability and deep dive margin analysis.Performing ad-hoc business analysis and financial modeling.Designing impactful and enlightening presentations.
What skills do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree will be a plus.Experience in FP&A, in multinational companies, or payments industry (desirable).Proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets and Business Intelligence as your tools of choice, enabling you to effectively communicate financial insights and analyze data.Exceptional finance and analytical abilities, to drive informed decision-making.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate with multiple functional areas.Advanced/Fluent in English.
