Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Salary Range: 1200-3000 USD per month
Schedule: Candidates would work with at least a 6-hour overlap with our California-based (US/Pacific time) team members. Morning overlap is preferred, as it would mean an even larger overlap with our US/Eastern time team members.

We're seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You'll work on all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from designing and building user interfaces to crafting robust back-end systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React 16 and above
- Implement server-side logic and APIs using Node.js
- Ensure code quality and maintainability
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring ideas to life
- Participate in code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and write unit tests
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
Requirements
- Experience using React 16 and above (2+ years), NodeJS (2+ years), Typescript (2+ years)
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (6+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies
Bonus Points
- Experience with Golang (not required, but a plus)
- Experience in the construction technology (contech) or B2B space (a plus)
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers (ideal for candidates with 6+ years of experience)
