Job Summary:
The Full Stack Engineer will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing new functionalities across both front-end and back-end systems, as well as addressing any bugs that arise. Reporting to the CTO and collaborating within a cross-functional team, this individual will actively participate in agile project management practices, including daily standups and weekly planning sessions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Estimate timelines for new features
- Analyze project requirements thoroughly
- Design appropriate technical solutions, subject to approval
- Oversee implementation within designated timeframes, spanning both front-end and back-end technologies
- Assess, research, and apply bug fixes as needed
Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in a Full Stack Engineer role or similar, with proficiency in Java 8 or higher, C++, C#, Golang, Rust, Zig, Carbon, JavaScript/NodeJS, MongoDB, Git, and Maven
- Proven track record in defining systems architecture, integrations, security protocols, and deployment strategies
- Familiarity with automation tools, including CI/CD pipelines and test/build automation processes
