Peach is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to help define our positioning and go-to-market strategy. In an industry full of entrenched legacy solutions, you will help clearly articulate the value of our best-in-class platform for specific personas and target markets in a way that facilitates a cohesive buying journey and has commercial impact. As the first Product Marketer at Peach, you have the opportunity not only to shape this critical function but to have an enormous impact on sales and the direction of our product.

As the first Product Marketer at Peach, you have the opportunity not only to shape this critical function but to have an enormous impact on sales and the direction of our product. 

What you will do:

  • Market intelligence—help define and understand who our buyers are, what they care about, and what they need to make informed critical technology decisions.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition, what they do and can’t do, how they position/sell themselves, and where they’re trying to go. 
  • Collaborate with product, sales, partnerships, and customer success to develop product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Peach’s solution in a way that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Create compelling content and marketing collateral to increase awareness and adoption of our solutions. 
  • Support the sales and partnership team; educate them about the problems we solve for our buyers and other constituents of our solution; train them how to position our solutions for different audiences; enable them with content and tools to be successful. 

    • What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with meaningful understanding of banking, lending, or payments ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success developing go-to-market strategy and product positioning for complex enterprise technical product in financial services. 
  • A near immediate understanding of what Peach does today in the consumer/business lending and credit card space and a working hypothesis how Peach creates value for lenders/issuers (and other constituents) - with an urgency to dig deep into the details and prove, disprove or refine that thesis. 
  • Collaborative team player who can extract insights and ideas from others, shape opinions, who knows when to lead and when to influence. 
  • Part detective, part storyteller who can synthesize insights and distill complex technical capabilities into clear, cohesive solutions.
