The HR Operation/Payroll Specialist aims to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to the employees during their entire life cycle with the company. This person will also be heavily involved in payroll operations with the dedicated country/countries, including pre-payroll input, liaising with the payroll vendor, validating the payroll report and completing required documents by the global payroll team.

Responsibilities
Facilitate/conduct all workforce administration processes in accordance with SLA - onboarding/off-boarding, probation management, employment verification, contract & document management, etcHandle employee inquiries as tier 1 support and maintain inquiry FAQ to establish the knowledge databaseEmployee timesheet, leave administration, compensation data collection for payroll processingEnrollment and termination for commercial insuranceSupport on international assignment or relocation, work with Global Mobility team on visa/immigration service, provide guidance and support on employees’ lodging, kids’ education, culture adoption etc., and facilitate the repatriation processMaintenance of employee and organization data in the HR Information System, and generate HR function data dashboards and reportsManage the quality control process in order to ensure that the HR operation services meet employee expectations as well as comply with local labor laws and legislationsEnsure the improvement and optimization of the administration processes, including systems and toolingManage and execute regular and off-cycle payroll activities, monitor end-to-end payroll process and be responsible for payroll validation to ensure accuracy and compliance Design payroll service delivery and employee support framework to address business concerns and employees’ inquiriesManage, assess, and control payroll related vendors, able to identify all discrepancies in vendor’s report. Be responsible for the vendor onboarding/termination process Execute annual payroll activities like audit, payroll calendar release, bonus payment, merit increase, etcWork with payroll vendors for newly opened countries payroll setup Suggest and participate payroll related projects, like process harmonization, payroll reports integration, payroll date clean-up etc
Bachelor’s degree holder with major in a relevant disciplineAt least 3–5 years of experience in HR Operation or Shared Services with end-to-end payroll experience.Experience in a big MNC or fast-growing tech company is a plusFluent French speaker with good command of English, both written and spoken to support local operationsEasy-going, willing to accept change and customer orientedCan work under high pressure and handle multiple tasksExcellent project management and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Please note that fluency in French and English is mandatory for this position
