The Manager, Brand Design is a critical leadership role at Lob in which you will lead the charge to evolve Lob’s visual brand with the lofty goal of turning us into an example of “great” by the marketers that use our product to drive impact for their businesses. You will work across Marketing to uplevel our design across all GTM channels and bring experiential campaigns to life. Additionally as the key visual storyteller within the business, you’ll partner with Sales and Product to translate our product value into powerful design that drives business growth.
As the Manager, Brand Design, you’ll…
- Build a high performing design culture at Lob by evolving and defining our brand guidelines and design systems to balance exploration with scale
- Work across the Marketing team to bring experiential campaigns to life that drive pipeline and revenue across all channels, including digital and database, field, direct mail and Sales
- Partner with Product to visualize our value propositions to be easily digested by the market and build alignment with Product Design on cohesive visual language
- Partner with Sales to uplevel key customer facing assets, including (but not limited to) pitch decks and one pagers
- Lead visual experimentation, in tandem with Growth and Digital to test designs within our channels to raise always-on performance
- Be a hands on leader and scale both execution and quality by managing and mentoring internal designers and building an extendable bench of external assets to ramp up as necessary
What will you bring to this role…
- 5-8+ years of experience in Brand Design and a portfolio that highlights innovative projects and design language for various businesses and campaigns, ideally inclusive of high growth B2B companies
- 2-3+ years of experience in management and hands-on mentorship
- Previous experience working within high performing B2B marketing teams and partnering with Product and Sales
- Creative problem solving and experience partnering closely with channel and campaign owners to bake design thinking into execution
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Compensation Information
The compensation for this position is structured to include a base salary and RSUs. The base salary ranges can be found below.
CA/NYC
Base: $135,000.00 - $146,250.00
USA
Base: $127,500.00 - $137,500.00
