What you need
- Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating OR Mechanical Engineering Services – Plumbing (domestic)
- AND/OR Gas Qualified with CCN1 and CENWAT, held for a minimum of three years
- Experience on the 'wet' side of domestic heating systems
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
What you will own
- Install low carbon technology (Air Source Heat Pumps) in customers' homes as part of a team
- Use domestic heating and plumbing knowledge to install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators
- Plan and communicate with wider team and customers
- Continuously learn about new technologies at R&D training centre

Working as part of a team of two to install low carbon technology in customers’ homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.
Using your knowledge and experience of domestic heating and plumbing systems to prepare and install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators
Planning and communicating with the wider team and customers
Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre
What do we need from you?
Minimum Level 2 NVQ in: Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical Engineering Services - Plumbing (domestic) AND/OR Gas Qualified with CCN1 and CENWAT, held for a minimum of three years
Experience on the ‘wet’ side of domestic heating systems
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Other qualities we'd love to see include:
A laser customer focus - communication is key
A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude
A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
WRAS Water Supply Regs or UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems can also be beneficial but not essential!
