Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering Manager! 🌎🛻
Lead a team to define, design, and implement manufacturing processes for new traction batteries.
Must have C1 English or minimum B2+, be legally able to work in Mexico, and open to relocating to the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product design to optimize processes.
- Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure robust process design and achieve equipment performance targets.
- Manage equipment vendors and site safety.
- Develop individual engineers and teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- Expertise in automotive assembly or machining facilities.
- Strong mechanical engineering skills in joining techniques and core ME skills.
- Understanding of safety processes and proven leadership in safe manufacturing.
- Knowledge of control systems and IT interfaces.
- Proven problem-solving skills using tools like 6 Sigma.
- Project and people management experience.
