- Design onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, payment, and merchant features that meet the regulatory requirements of each market
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams
- Work with solution architects and engineering leads to write detailed product requirement documents and manage roadmaps and deliverables
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to influence decisions and clear technical roadblocks

Role Overview:-
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Paytm's International Expansion charter. This role requires deep hands-on experience in payment products across acquiring, gateways, banking and card scheme integrations, merchant onboarding, settlement systems and merchant experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Own the end-to-end product roadmap for international payments: merchant onboarding, card acceptance, clearing, settlement and payouts, reconciliation, merchant experience.* Lead integrations with card schemes, onboarding vendors, the card switch, settlement banks, terminal vendors, FX providers and open banking aggregators.* Design onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, payment, merchant features that meet the regulatory requirements of each market.* Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.* Work with solution architects and engineering leads, write detailed product requirement documents, and manage roadmaps and deliverables.* Work with multiple stakeholders, senior management and cross-functional teams to influence quicker decisions and clear technical roadblocks.
What We're Looking For:-
