Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute growth strategies focused on acquiring, retaining, and engaging users for Telegram Games.
  • Lead product operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and meet key milestones.
  • Analyze user and performance data to optimize growth strategies and improve user engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic and operational projects, providing insights to enhance business performance.
  • Conduct user research to identify key areas for enhancing user satisfaction and increasing platform engagement.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to ensure continuous innovation and competitiveness.

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, gaming, or related fields.
  • Proven success in driving user growth and engagement through data-driven strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in managing resources and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.
