We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our P3 division and manage our client implementation and success team. This individual will serve as a key expert in broadband federal policy, ensuring that our projects align with national and state-level regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience with the BEAD program and a solid understanding of internet and technology policy issues.
A bit about you 🥇
Experience in broadband federal policy, with an understanding of the BEAD program.
Proven experience working at the state or federal level on internet and technology policy issues.
Former government experience is preferred.
Demonstrated management experience of client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
Bachelor’s degree in public policy, communications, business administration, or a related field.

Manage the client implementation and success team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Provide expertise on broadband federal policy, offering guidance to internal teams and clients.
Maintain knowledge of the BEAD program and its implications for broadband deployment and adoption.
Collaborate with state and federal agencies to stay informed of policy developments and advocate for Ready.net’s interests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and community partners.
Support the strategic direction and implementation of broadband projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
Supervise and mentor a team of client-facing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the client implementation and success team.
Represent Ready.net at industry conferences, workshops, and other public forums as needed.
