The Resident Screening Consultant plays a key role in guiding clients through the initial implementation phase of Entrata’s software following the point of sale. This position requires a strong understanding of Entrata’s ResidentVerify products and services to deliver tailored consulting to clients, ensuring the software setup aligns with their business goals. This consultant collaborates closely with clients to gather business objectives and provide strategic system configuration guidance, helping ensure successful long-term adoption. This role also supports internal team coordination and continuous improvement in consulting practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Entrata’s suite of products and consulting processes
  • Develop effective relationships with customers to understand and support their unique business goals
  • Deliver comprehensive guidance on system configuration and implementation strategies for Small Market and Mid-Market customers
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and provide clear solutions aligned with business needs
  • Maintain ongoing communication with project team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Support improvements in consulting methodology by identifying opportunities for process enhancements
  • Lead configuration of the ResidentVerify product, ensuring background screening workflows meet customer needs
  • Facilitate a smooth handoff to post-implementation support teams
  • Essential Functions:

  • Analyze and interpret customer goals to recommend system configurations that align with business objectives
  • Provide timely and accurate consultation throughout the implementation process
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across project stages
  • Independently manage day-to-day tasks with sound judgment and adherence to best practices
  • Travel for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required to maintain business relationships and achieve objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of customer service and consulting within a SaaS or software implementation environment
  • Proficient communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments
  • Ability to identify and resolve non-standard problems using professional knowledge and Entrata best practices
  • Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in SaaS, consulting, or property management implementation
  • Solid experience with the Google Suite of products
  • Previous experience in the multi-family, proptech, or related industries preferred
  • AI & Operational Fluency:

  • AI Integration: Utilize company-approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables.
  • Strategic Oversight: Exercise critical judgment as the "Human-in-the-Loop," by auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
  • Data Governance: Ensures no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
  • Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.
