What you need

- Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
What you will own
- Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making
- Maintain store standards through stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, and cleanliness
- Create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs
- Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
- Make product recommendations using product knowledge and training
- Provide customer solutions such as product substitutions or special orders when applicable, while ensuring accuracy of items picked/packed for dispatch
