This is a part-time onsite retail sales associate position at the Gopuff/BevMo! store in Canoga Park, CA. The role focuses on customer service, sales floor operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and maintaining store standards including stocking, merchandising, and receiving.

What you will own
- Provide excellent customer experience through cashier operations, sales floor merchandising, and e-commerce fulfillment
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and receiving operations; recover and maintain store cleanliness
- Create positive customer experiences through sales and customer service programs
- Educate customers on the ClubBev Program and Gopuff App; recommend products using product knowledge
- Provide solutions including product substitutions and special ordering when applicable
- Pick, pack, and verify accuracy of orders for dispatch; clean and organize warehouse

Operate Cash Register: Accurately handle sales and payments throughout customer checkout.Product Flow: Unload, stock, and organize merchandise on shelves.Store Presentation: Focus on daily cleaning and maintaining a presentable store.Customer Experience: Greet customers and answer basic questionsReliable and able to commit to the full 2-3 week assignment.Works well independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.Ability to perform physical tasks of standing for an entire or most of your shift and regularly lifting objects up to 49 poundsMust be 21 years of ageRetail, food service, e-commerce, customer facing support or warehouse experience is preferredWhat We Offer:

Gopuff/Bevmo! pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
