Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for an onsite position at their BevMo! location in Manhattan Beach, CA. What you will own
- Provide excellent customer experience and perform assigned duties including cashier operations, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment
- Maintain store standards through stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, store recovery, and operational projects
- Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!'s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
- Use product knowledge to make product recommendations and provide solutions including substitutions and special orders
- Pick and pack items for customer orders with accuracy, and clean and organize warehouse
