This is an onsite Retail Sales Associate position at BevMo! (Gopuff) in Milpitas, CA. What you will own
- Provide excellent customer experience and perform cashier, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment duties
- Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, and e-commerce operations, and completing operational projects
- Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!'s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
- Use product knowledge to make recommendations, provide solutions, and handle product substitutions or special orders
- Pick and pack items for e-commerce dispatch and ensure accuracy
