Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and respond to technical requests for proposal (RFPs/RFIs)
- Apply knowledge of both industry and Five9 technology to responses
- Understand and write new responses based on input from internal Subject Matter Experts
- Track work progress of proposals
- Edit documents for grammar, style, format, and content
- Work with existing boilerplate and rough draft material from subject matter experts and convert into high-impact content for proposals
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree is highly preferred
- CCaaS experience preferred
- Strong written English language skills
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player
- This role is fully remote.
