About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, International & Channel to help scale how our teams and partners sell across international markets and channel motions.
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement, this role will own enablement for international sales teams and help build a repeatable approach to enabling channel and partner sellers. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure sellers have the knowledge, skills, messaging, and resources they need to execute effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who can take what is working, adapt it for different markets and selling motions, and build scalable programs without losing the nuance that makes enablement effective.
What You’ll Do
Own International Sales Enablement
Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for international sales teams.
Adapt core sales programs, messaging, and resources for different markets while maintaining consistency in how we sell.
Partner with international sales leaders to identify market-specific skill and knowledge gaps.
Ensure global product launches, process changes, and strategic initiatives are effectively translated into field execution.
Build reinforcement and practice opportunities that help sellers apply learning in real customer conversations.
Build & Scale Channel Enablement
Partner with Channel and Partnerships leadership to define what partners need to know, say, and do to successfully sell and position our solutions.
Own enablement is down to the individual partner rep, not just the partner organization, so a signed partnership doesn't go quiet in the field after launch.
Develop scalable partner onboarding, training, certifications, playbooks, and ongoing learning, tailored to both high-touch strategic partners and high-volume referral partners.
Create resources that make it easier for partners to confidently position our value, identify opportunities, handle common objections, and move customers forward.
Define a clear partner enablement maturity model (trained, activated, ramped) so enablement progress is trackable, not anecdotal.
Help internal teams understand how to effectively sell with and through partners.
Turn Strategy Into Seller Behavior
Translate business priorities, product updates, and go-to-market changes into practical seller and partner enablement.
Build training that goes beyond knowledge transfer and includes practice, application, reinforcement, and coaching.
Surface examples of what great execution looks like and make those examples easy for sellers and managers to use.
Partner with frontline leaders to ensure enablement is reinforced after formal training ends.
Partner closely with Revenue Operations to ensure enablement aligns with sales processes, systems, workflows, and reporting.
Identify when performance gaps are an enablement problem versus a process, tooling, or operational problem, and partner cross-functionally to solve the right issue.
Help translate new or changing GTM processes into clear, executable workflows for sellers and partners.
Measure & Improve
Define success metrics for international and channel enablement programs.
Use performance data, seller feedback, call insights, and manager observations to identify gaps and prioritize future programs.
Measure adoption and behavior change, not just training completion.
Continuously improve programs based on what is and isn’t working in the field.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience across Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales, Partner Enablement, or related GTM roles.
Experience working in or closely alongside Revenue Operations, with a strong understanding of sales processes, systems, pipeline management, and GTM workflows.
Experience supporting international, global, channel, or partner sales organizations, with an understanding of how selling motions vary across markets and routes to market.
Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and the ability to connect enablement strategy to how teams actually operate and sell.
Ability to diagnose performance gaps and determine whether the right solution is training, coaching, process, tooling, or a combination.
Experience building scalable onboarding, ongoing learning, playbooks, certifications, and reinforcement programs.
Ability to translate complex products, processes, and GTM strategies into simple, practical resources sellers and partners can use.
Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly across Sales, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Product Marketing.
Data-driven approach to measuring adoption, seller behavior, and business impact.
Strong facilitation, communication, and program management skills, with the ability to balance global consistency with market-specific needs.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll help us create an enablement experience where our international sellers and channel partners don’t just receive the same content as everyone else. They get the right enablement for how they actually sell.
You’ll build the systems that allow us to scale into new markets and through new partners while maintaining a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
