Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain infrastructure that supports our globally deployed applications
- Build CDK templating for common tooling
- Maintain and document cloud governance best practices
- Optimize cloud costs with automation and resource management
- Engage with software engineers in designing and develop tools to reliably manage application delivery
- Follow HIPAA compliance guidelines and policies
- Participate in security and compliance audits
- Mentor junior team members
Skills Needed:
- Working experience with AWS Organization tooling - Security hub, Config, Control Tower
- Knowledge of best practices related to Security, AWS tooling, CI/CD
- Strong programming and scripting skills - Python, Javascript, Bash
- Experience working with security standards like SOC2 and HIPAA
- Detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in agile methodologies
Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
- BS or Master’s degree in computer science/technical field (or commensurate technical background)
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $126,000 to $182,150 per year, cash bonus, and stock options.
