What you need

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 3 years in an India-focused HR Generalist or HR Specialist role
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of India statutory compliance (PF, ESI, NPS, Gratuity, PT)
  • Experience managing POSH compliance end-to-end
  • Experience administering group insurance plans in India
  • Proficiency with Rippling or a similar HRIS platform (specifically Pluxee mentioned in responsibilities, but Rippling in skills section is a requirement in the skill set list, though responsibility lists Pluxee. The skill set says 'Rippling or similar'. The responsibility says 'Pluxee'. I will list the explicit skill set requirement 'Proficiency with Rippling or a similar HRIS platform' as must_have since it's in the skill set section. Actually, looking at the responsibility: 'system setup in Pluxee'. Skill set: 'Proficiency with Rippling or a similar HRIS platform'. I will stick to the skill set list for must_have skills). Correction: The prompt says must_have contains explicit requirements. 'Proficiency with Rippling or a similar HRIS platform' is in the skill set. 'System setup in Pluxee' is a responsibility. I will include 'Proficiency with Rippling or a similar HRIS platform' in must_have. Wait, usually if Pluxee is the system, 'Rippling or similar' might be a mismatch or they use both. I will extract 'Proficiency with Rippling or a similar HRIS platform' as it is explicitly listed in the skill set section under requirements.
