What you’ll do:
- This is a full time position available at SF or can be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States
- In your role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability among our organizations applications and platforms
- Develop and maintain integrations through the set up of Mulesoft connectors, APIs, and bespoke components, enabling seamless data synchronization, real-time updates and system interactions
- Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration process to guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of the entire solution
- Monitor and provide support for integration process in production environments, actively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
- Help in creating and applying best practices, while also keeping an eye out for ways to make the platform more productive for the team and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, encompassing architecture diagrams, data mappings, and integration workflows
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including software developers, system architects, business stakeholders, to gather integration needs. Then, translate these requirements into clear technical specifications
- Collaborates with business partners and help define metrics, KPIs to increase operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with teams from EPD, Security, Legal, and Compliance to ensure that integration solutions meet all architecture, security, legal and compliance requirements
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer or Integration Engineer position with a strong focus on Mulesoft development and Integrations projects
- Practical knowledge and hands on experience in orchestrating flows in MuleSoft’s Anypoint Studio ,proficiency in implementing complex DataWeave with various format including XML, JSON, CSV, Multi-part form, and applying robust error handling, retry mechanism with alerts and monitoring
- Experience with Mulesoft integration patterns, connectors, transformations, and message routing techniques
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between SaaS providers and other systems including Finance, CRM, HR and more systems
- Strong understanding of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, development, deployment, and management
- Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab), continuous integration/continuous development pipelines(jenkins, GitLab Runners) and maven commands
- Exposure to CloudHub 2.0 implementation, able to apply network knowledge to enhance security
- Experience in building and maintaining scheduled jobs within Mulesoft or similar platforms
- Experience utilizing mUnit framework for designing and executing unit tests for Mulesoft applications
- Experience with building API specifications using RAML1.0
- Experience working with AWS components (RDS, Route53, Security Manager, and etc) and terraform
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Understands programming concepts and principles(OOPs)
- Mulesoft certifications (Developer, Architecture level) preferred
