Senior Product Designer

You will

• Contribute to shaping the overall strategy and making key decisions regarding the product's visual direction and experience.
• Oversee design projects with your team, participate in design critiques, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high fidelity visuals for your ideas and features.
• Foster a design-focused culture within the organization.
• Create initial processes that emphasize our attention to detail and design-focused methodology.
• Gain a deep understanding of our customers through direct interactions and by staying connected with customer support and sales teams.

About you

• Previous experience in software interface design.
• Think about complex problems and create simple and effective user experiences.
• Express ideas visually and through prototypes (we use Figma).
• Experienced with design systems.
• Collaborate with the product team to create great user experiences.
• Passionate about design with strong visual, UI, and interaction skills.
• Track record of excellent design shipped within a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have: a tech enthusiast with experience in programming and technical tools such as VSCode, GitHub and others. We work collaboratively, allowing designers and developers to continuously refine their work together.
