WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build a complete understanding of the ongoing developments to the Avalanche protocol, and communicate it to downstream teams, both internal and external
- Keep stakeholders in the loop for dependencies on Platform team projects, timelines, and outcomes
- Anticipate roadblocks in cross-vertical engineering, product, and business efforts
- Gather feedback from developers using our technology, and use it to help form plans for improvement
- Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information
- Coordinate and schedule security audits

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management and software development
- Good leadership, communication, decision-making, and organization skills
- Emotional tact during conflict management and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Team-oriented and collaborative personality with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities
- A positive attitude and the ability to drive cross-functional team cohesion
Salary Range: $150,400 to $188,000
