We’re currently looking for a Senior Web Designer to join the Marketing team at UpGuard.
What will you do?
Work with a cross-functional Growth Marketing squad focused on shipping high-impact growth campaigns.Take campaign specifications and turn them into web designs and assets that will achieve the team's objectives.Design in Figma and work with the broader design team to meet our style and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate feedback and suggestions.Build out HTML/CSS solutions directly in Webflow.Manage integrations with the broader marketing stack including CMS, booking & email platforms.
What will you bring?
5+ years experience in Web DesignProven track record of leading web design projects in cross-functional teams.Strong experience in UX design methodologies.Strong experience in collaborative design systems such as Figma.Strong knowledge of standard HTML, CSS & Javascript frameworks.Excellent communication & presentation skills.Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
What will give you an edge?
A portfolio of projects that highlights your eye for design.Strong experience coding with frontend JavaScript frameworks (and/or vanilla DOM APIs) to create bespoke interactive web experiences.Experience developing and implementing design systems in code.An interest in motion design and web-based motion and animation libraries.
