Role Overview:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, proposing solutions to manufacturing and supply chain problems
- Work with Sales to win production manufacturing opportunities across North America
- Manage projects valued at $100k+
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery meetings and qualify opportunities
- Demonstrate Xometry capabilities, including quality control processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline quoting and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend customer visits and lead technical presentations
- Manage relationships with strategic customers
- Drive quote strategy meetings and escalate issues when necessary
- Develop technical aspects of customer proposals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in product development and serial production
- PMP Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical product development and manufacturing processes
- Experience with GD&T, metrology tools, and quality control requirements (APQP, PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and/or ISO 13485
- Engineering degree (mechanical preferred) or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CAD experience preferred
- Willing to travel up to 25%
- U.S. citizen, legal resident, or valid work visa required
